Colorado Land and Home Company, LLC embraced this opportunity to work with the neighbors and neighborhood association and, as a result of a well orchestrated effort; the exterior of the 1928 portion of the school will be preserved and converted into lofts. The remaining 2/3 of the school has since been demolished in preparation for eight Brownstones just south of the 1928 portion of the school and nine single family detached custom homes on the High Street side of the property. Parking for all homes will be served by a new alley down the center of the property. |
